How can I get a user name and password to access the photos and video?
The photos and videos on the website are for news and public affairs use only. If you are a member of the news media and do not have a user name and password to access the video and photo libraries, please contact Disney Cruise Line Media Relations by clicking the "Contact Us" link.
How do I download a photo?
There are multiple ways to download an image. You can right click on the full size image and save it to your computer. You can use the right click download link on the image page. Or you can e-mail the image to your e-mail account.
Is the downloadable video on the site broadcast quality?
No, please use the "request beta video" link and Disney Cruise Line Media Relations will FedEx you a broadcast quality beta tape.
